They should of made sure it didn`t have any disease before they let it go what if a kid or someone gets bit by it because it does not seem to be to scared of humans.I just don`t see why you would catch it just to let it go .
I know exactly where that hospital is. I’m originally from that area, and there are lots of government buildings in that area. Nasa has a place about 5 minutes away from there.
