Inside this investigation
The staircase lights are the focus of this episode's review. Look at how bright objects travel through the view and whether they change shape, disappear or recur under similar lighting conditions. The recording gives you the surrounding scene to compare with any striking frame. No precise chapter timestamps were supplied for this episode, so I have kept the viewing path simple. Watch the full footage and record the time and camera view if you find a sequence that deserves closer examination.
For this website edition, I suggest beginning with the full camera view and choosing one observation at a time. Note which part of the image changes, how long it remains visible and whether the same effect returns. Keep the surrounding footage in your comparison, including periods when nothing unusual seems to happen. The complete original description is preserved below. When you join the episode discussion, include a timestamp and the camera position so another viewer can reproduce your review. The adjacent episode links let you compare this recording with the wider investigation.

ORBS ON THE STAIRS AT THE WELLES HOUSE? Watch the staircase footage from our paranormal investigation and decide whether the moving lights could be ghost orbs, insects, dust, or something else. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi. In Episode 34 of A House Worse Than Amityville, we're taking a closer look at orb-like lights reported on the staircase inside the reportedly haunted Welles House at 46 South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania — also searched as 46 Welles Street. The staircase was one of the areas we paid close attention to during our extended investigation. In this episode, the focus is on the strange lights visible around the stairs. Are we seeing possible paranormal activity, or are ordinary objects creating unusual shapes on camera? GHOST ORBS ON THE WELLES HOUSE STAIRS? Watch for small, bright objects that appear to move through the staircase area. Do they travel in a straight line, drift out of focus, or seem to change direction? Is there a light source nearby? Can you determine whether they're close to the camera or farther down the stairs? Many paranormal investigators call these circular lights "orbs." Some believe they represent spirits, but similar effects can be produced by dust particles, insects, spiderwebs, moisture, reflections, and infrared lighting. Objects close to a night-vision lens can look much larger and brighter than they really are. WHY WE DOCUMENTED THE WELLES HOUSE I spent approximately a month living inside the Welles House, documenting our experiences and the property's reported haunting. Our A House Worse Than Amityville series includes lengthy investigation recordings so you can examine the original footage, rather than relying only on dramatic highlights. The house has been associated with reports of shadow figures, unexplained noises, and other unusual experiences. Those reports are why we investigated, but they don't prove that any particular light in this episode was supernatural. HELP US INVESTIGATE EPISODE 34 Did you see the orb-like lights on the staircase? Please leave the EXACT TIMESTAMP and tell me what you noticed: which way the light moved, how long it stayed visible, and whether anything else changed in the shot. If you think it was an insect or dust close to the lens, I'd like to hear that explanation too. READ MY WELLES HOUSE HISTORY & HAUNTING:
