Inside this investigation
Two security-camera areas drew viewers' attention in this long recording: a dark doorway and a view near a window. The source notes describe apparent changes in shadows but provide no exact timestamps. This page preserves that distinction and does not turn a general observation into a precise chapter. A long feed is useful for comparing recurring patterns, especially when a dark region seems to grow or shrink. Identify which view you mean and how the surrounding light changes before deciding what it represents.
For this website edition, I suggest beginning with the full camera view and choosing one observation at a time. Note which part of the image changes, how long it remains visible and whether the same effect returns. Keep the surrounding footage in your comparison, including periods when nothing unusual seems to happen. The complete original description is preserved below. When you join the episode discussion, include a timestamp and the camera position so another viewer can reproduce your review. The adjacent episode links let you compare this recording with the wider investigation.

11 HOURS OF WELLES HOUSE SECURITY CAMERA FOOTAGE — DID SHADOWS MOVE IN TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS? Viewers watching our original live surveillance feed reported dark shapes changing around a doorway and near a window. Take a close look at the upper-right and lower-right camera views and tell me what you see. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi. Episode 41 of A House Worse Than Amityville is an extended, multi-camera security recording from the reportedly haunted Welles House at 46 South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania (also searched as 46 Welles Street). Instead of a highlights reel, this video gives you roughly 11 hours of footage to investigate for yourself. WHERE TO WATCH FOR THE REPORTED SHADOWS UPPER-RIGHT CAMERA — THE DARK DOORWAY One viewer reported movement around what appears to be a dark doorway or opening. They described the shadowed area becoming larger, sometimes seeming to extend forward before shrinking or disappearing. Is something moving through the frame, or could shifting light and the camera's exposure be changing the way the doorway looks? LOWER-RIGHT CAMERA — THE BACK OF THE ROOM Another viewer noticed a lighter section near a window toward the left side of the back of this camera's room. They described small and large dark shapes seeming to block that brighter area. Compare the frames before and after each apparent change. Does the shape have a clear outline? Is a light source or reflection changing? WATCH THE ORIGINAL FOOTAGE AND HELP US INVESTIGATE This is long-form surveillance footage, not a narrated ghost hunt. Extended stationary recordings make it possible to compare a room before and after a reported anomaly, but shadows on security cameras are not automatically ghosts. Automatic exposure, infrared illumination, insects near the lens, reflections, video compression, and ordinary activity outside the visible frame can all create surprising effects. I'm especially interested in independent observations: if you spot a moving shadow, an unusual light, or another change, comment with the EXACT TIMESTAMP, which camera window it appears in (upper right, lower right, etc.), and what happened just beforehand. If you have an ordinary explanation, please share it too. That makes the footage easier for everyone to review. WELLES HOUSE HISTORY AND REPORTED HAUNTING:
