cannot find link to create blog.
cannot make profile pic show up.

just tried using photobucket..still no picture avatar. and it is small enough but there is a problem somewhere. so I have no idea what I am supposed to do.
don't suppose, IF anyone comes online, they can walk me through it?

hallo Varick,
not sure how the "blog" works.. as i noticed there is no button for it.
however, profile pic:
*go to your profile
*edit forum profile
*Link to off-site Avatar:
Enter the URL of the location containing the Avatar image you wish to link to. -- use the "direct link" in "photobucket" to upload the Avatar
*don't forget to "submit" at the bottom of the page

I think I put the Url in the link to offsite avatar line. I think. Try that.

like I said,...tried photobucket..........
used all 3 blanks..upload off my computer/ and offsite link to photobucket.............no deal.
it is not happening...OR
or it uploaded and refuses to show....................
either way...........no picture.

found out through trial and error...had to resize picture....it is still a bit fuzzy...will have to work with it yet..but it's there.

click box next to photo INSIDE photobucket AND direct link BEFORE it works...
now it's changed.
ARGH!

go to the "layout tool" and see what you have in the boxes provided for how your whole profile will look.
start there.. let me know if that's not the problem.

I went to the profile settings and its not on private or anything. I didn't see the layout tool you where talking about. LOL I vaguely remember using it. And now I don't see the link for the layout tool anymore. I went to all the profile and community settings to make sure it was set up right. Not sure what else to do.
Thanks spook for the help. Let me know if you can think of anything else.
