Waverly Hills Roll Call!
Date: Sunday - July 13th, 2008
Time : 8pm - 8am
The fee for the event will be $130.00
The last day to RSVP and send in your deposit ($130.00) will be April 14, sorry guys but we need to book the location pronto!
Max Capacity: 20 investigators!

Ok guys so I have been kicking around the idea of doing this for quite sometime and now I think were ready to embark on this if there are enough people who are interested I think that we can make this work. For the dates I am thinking of July 12, 2008. The investigation/meetup will consist of a get together/dinner and investigation. I am hoping to have the event in the midwest so that it would serve as a half way point for people on the West Coast and East. In terms of locations my first pick is Waverly Hills. The cost of the overall investigation would be around 50 to 65 dollars but it really depends on how many people rsvp. I need to know by May 15th so I can book the place. Please let me know who is interested by sending an email to tim@livescifi.tv.

well i'll look to see what my travelling schedule shall allow and let you know in good time Tim.
i'm travelling to SanFran area aprox: Jun28-July1
then to Lubbock Texas aprox: July1-July7
then to Nashville Tenn aprox: July7-9
then fly home.. Vancouver BC Canada
that would leave me with a bunch of dates inbetween, and i have to be home by July13th as i go back to work on the 14th.. but that can always be changed.. mm.. perhaps i can stretch out my visit in Lubbock? then go to Nashville for the 2 days and then Waverly, with a flight home the following day?
where is Waverly exactly? are there hotel rooms one can book? what airport is near there? is this a one day event then? so one can travel home that evening? or what? more details required in order for me to see if i can come up with the funds to lengthen and change my vacation/ghost hunting plans please!

its straight down a few states from Ontario so it works for me, i will get there my plane, train or automobile..... 😮 looks around for John Candy 😉

hey Tim...this sounds fantastic..cannot wait for more details..i was wondering tho you mentioned the possibility of camping, but do not see it above, so do we need to make hotel arrangements too, i know you did mention there are cheap hotels/motels in the area...so this sounds pretty do able to me to, since im just north a few states from kentucky, so i would need to arrange airplane, bus or drive down..not sure on how long the drive would be, tho i have driven down to florida, and we went thru kentucky...would be cool if we had an idea on what hotels are in the area...is the waverley near louisville??if so there is an airport there....and well who can not turn down a bbq and an investigation..the price sounds wonderful..maybe i will google the map and hotels around the area...will be awesome to meet you all 😁

Waverly Hills is exactly 10 miles from the Louisville Intl Airport. Waverly Sits in a elevated, higly wooded area and is not visible from any roads so Its kinda hard to see. There are hotels within 5 miles or less of the Sanatorium. I can do some calling if Tim wants to see what kind of group rates we can get... The best bet would be to take a cab from the airport to the hotel, I would think anyway.. Hope this helps 😁

😁 krzy thanks for answering the questions, that helps out alot, and yea a cab from the airport only makes sense as im sure alot of us will be flying from different cities at different times...and yes im curious as to rates at the hotel..as long as its not the bates lol..just wanna try to pull a budget together for this.....
