Episode notes and background
In this episode of The Demon Files, we travel to Butte, Montana to help David Prince, who is experiencing a disturbing new type of haunting. What begins as a paranormal investigation quickly turns into something far darker, as our team searches for signs of demonic activity, infestation, and the possibility of possession we discover we need to perform an exorcism in Butte.
Our investigation leads us to one of the most infamous locations in America’s haunted history: The Dumas Brothel—a preserved piece of Butte’s red-light district, originally built in 1890 and operating until 1982, making it one of the longest-running brothels in U.S. history.
For decades, the Dumas has been surrounded by chilling reports from visitors and investigators, including:
