Before any investigation, do you research the people themselves(background, mental, etc...)?
After the investigation, how do you deal with the emotional heightened paranoia of the client when they TRULY BELIEVE something is going on with either themselves or their home>?

Hey Plum it is always a good idea to research your clients before going out to an investigation. I have a list of questions that I always ask people during a pre-interview process.
