hey guys, question for ya, I am trying to add a pic to my signature, I am posting the direct link from photobucket in there, and it is just displaying the link instead of the picture, what am I doing wrong? Thanks 🙂

I moved this to forums support because it has nothing to do with your community profile page.
You need to post the link with the image codes surrounding the link...
Example;
[img]link[/img]
BTW can you downsize your avatar a bit, since it is squishing the text to the right.

I moved this to forums support because it has nothing to do with your community profile page.
You need to post the link with the image codes surrounding the link...
Example;
[img]link[/img]BTW can you downsize your avatar a bit, since it is squishing the text to the right.
hey thanks, ...I posted the image code also, didnt work, I had tried all options before posting this, no worries, Im not going to lose sleep over it

From your posts, I believe that you don't have "bbcode" enabled in your forums profile. Can that be a possibility?

i've checked your settings and yes you have bbcode and HTML accepted as "yes".
what you are doing wrong is this:
--do not use "direct link" in the "signature" field (that was only for the "avatar")
--use the IMG code. in photobucket, for instance, it gives us several codes. one of which is IMG. that is the one to use!

That is weird, I wonder why his codes are not working. His emoticons are, but not the other codes.
