i wonder.. if Tim doesn't add an extra message board for it, what about using the "Paranormal News" thread?? just a suggestion. cuz aren't theories news as well? 😉

That's a good idea spook. I just thought a separate board for it would keep folks from having to weed through various posts in order to find the ones dealing with paranormal theories.

how about instead of just having it inclusive for theories we can have a board geared toward newer investigators and people just starting their curiosity.

that way even such things like a glossy for those terms that newer people or even experienced people aren't certain about (i.e medium vs. channeling. Spirit vs. ghost, etc)

and there could be a topic for equipment that a beginner investigator can have vs. equipment not needed for simple investigations, but could help.

and possibly the most important. We can post how one can tell if the things on their video or photos are natural occurrences vs. paranormal. (like have photos that are known to be common mistaken paranormal photos and explain how one can tell they are mistaken. then show one that it more likely to be paranormal.)

As most of you know, there are tons of theories floating around dealing with the paranormal. There theories dealing with everyhting from what spirits are, how they get here or what in the environment is conducive to a haunting. I think it would be helpful in educating people about paranormal research if one of the forums was dedicated to discussing these theories.
