Inside this investigation
I began this investigation by spending time inside the Welles House, rather than treating it as a brief stop on a ghost hunt. This opening episode introduces the property and the experiences that made the investigation personal. Reports of nightmares, voices and physical encounters belong to the people describing them; they are the questions this archive follows, rather than settled explanations. Start here to understand why we kept recording and why the later security feeds, experiments and interviews need to be considered together.
This website edition is designed as a route through the original material. Follow the episode order to see how the investigation developed, or use the individual watch pages to return to a particular recording. The full source description remains below each video, with exact chapter controls wherever usable times were supplied. I invite you to share screenshots and specific observations in the individual episode discussions. Include the time and camera view, and separate what you noticed from what you think caused it. That makes the archive more useful to everyone reviewing the house together.

DID SOMETHING SCRATCH MY BACK DURING OUR FIRST WELLES HOUSE LIVESTREAM? In Episode 1 of A House Worse Than Amityville, our team documents unusual noises, reported shadows, changing EMF readings, marks on my back and a disturbing sensory-deprivation experiment. Watch the original footage and decide what you think happened. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi. Join me, Dave Spinks, Jonathan (JJ) and cameraman Scott inside the reportedly haunted Welles House at 46 South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This is the beginning of our original month-long livestream investigation. We'd already spent several days setting up cameras and exploring the property when this broadcast began. 3:21:01 Investigation wrap-up and next stream WHAT HAPPENED INSIDE THE WELLES HOUSE? We begin with a tour of the staircase, upstairs rooms, servants' passage and basement. I describe earlier reports of unexplained footsteps, a crawling dark figure and a black mist near a candle. Those were accounts of prior experiences, not events independently verified by this episode's footage. During EVP and ghost-box experiments, we challenge whatever might be present and review ambiguous sounds and unusual EMF readings. During an upstairs challenge, I report movement at my clothing; shortly afterward, the others examine visible marks on my back. We later discuss additional marks and symbols. The marks are visible in the recording, but their cause was not established. In the basement, we test an EVP recorder and flashlight while monitoring the infrared cameras. Later, viewers report possible movement at a closet door, so we close the doors and check how easily they move. Near the end of the investigation, I take part in a Ganzfeld-style sensory-deprivation experiment involving covered eyes, followed by a spirit-board session. I describe unsettling images and sensations; these are my perceptions during the experiment, not proof of a supernatural presence. VIEWER-REPORTED MOMENTS TO REWATCH We've incorporated reports from the original viewers into the chronological chapters above, including possible light anomalies in the room and basement cameras, a whispered or growling sound, and questions about a closet door. These observations are interpretations, not verified paranormal evidence. Night-vision cameras can make dust, insects, spiderwebs and reflections look like floating lights; EVP and ghost-box audio can also be ambiguous. HELP US REVIEW EPISODE 1 Do you see anything unusual in the right-hand camera or the basement footage? What do you think caused the marks on my back? Leave the EXACT TIMESTAMP, camera angle and your explanation in the comments. Skeptical observations are welcome too. READ MY WELLES HOUSE HISTORY & REPORTED HAUNTING:
