Inside this investigation
Bambi and I try a straightforward Ouija session while JJ films. The team interprets letters as several words and names, including a sequence resembling “Azael.” Other moments involve references to six and an unusual meter reading. The spelling and the meaning assigned to it should be examined separately: a suggested name does not establish who or what produced a response. Use the chapters to locate the letter sequences, then watch how the questions and the investigators' reactions influence the session.
I suggest watching the setup before jumping to the most striking reaction. Ask what the investigators are doing, which device is producing information and what the camera can actually show. The chapter controls help you return to a moment while keeping that wider sequence available. The complete original notes below preserve the account as it was supplied. Use this episode's discussion to share an exact timestamp, a screenshot where useful and a clear distinction between your observation and your explanation. Original YouTube description
DID OUR OUIJA BOARD SPELL “AZAEL” AT THE WELLES HOUSE? During a late-night session, we see repeated references to six, a meter reading of 66.6, and unsettling letter sequences. Watch what happened at 46 Welles Street. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi. In Episode 25 of A House Worse Than Amityville, Christina (Bambi) and I sit down for an old-school Ouija board experiment while JJ films inside the reportedly haunted Welles House at 46 South Welles Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. After our earlier Ganzfeld investigation, we wanted to try a straightforward board session and see exactly what responses we could document. The planchette moves across letters that we interpret as words including “coming,” “bleed,” “eternal,” and “decay.” One sequence resembles the name Azael, which viewers later connected to Azazel. Another seems to begin “Legio,” prompting us to ask about Legion. But letter sequences are open to interpretation: the recording does not establish that a supernatural being supplied them. 40:29 Signoff and switch to static security cameras THE NAME “AZAEL” — WHAT DID THE BOARD REALLY SPELL? The most discussed moment begins around 12:22. We read out a string of letters during the Ouija session, and some viewers think the intended name was Azael or Azazel. Azazel is a name found in religious and later demonological traditions, but matching a name to a board sequence does not prove a spirit identified itself. Pay attention to every letter as it is called out, including uncertainty and corrections. SIX, LEGION AND THE METER READING The number six comes up repeatedly. Around 20:54, we begin sounding out letters resembling “Legio.” A little later, the team's meter appears to show 66.6, which we react to as an ominous coincidence. Watch the display and listen to the conversation rather than assuming a numerical reading confirms anything demonic. The team then asks whether the response relates to Legion. STRANGE SOUNDS REPORTED BY VIEWERS Early in the video, one viewer reports a faint “hey” through headphones. Another hears a low groan that might be a nearby device. Later, viewers report a separate whisper, a faint voice near the session's end, and a rumbling or high-pitched noise with a possible light by the doorway. The matching moments appear in the chapter list above. These are observations supplied by viewers, not verified EVPs. Background conversations, nearby devices, mechanical sounds, microphone handling and audio artifacts can create difficult-to-identify noises. THE WELLES HOUSE AT 46 SOUTH WELLES STREET Our extended LiveSciFi investigation documents reported activity at the Welles House, 46 South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA — also searched as 46 Welles Street. We're sharing the longer recordings so viewers can review the Ouija board, temperature readings and security cameras in context. A claim of demonic communication is not the same thing as evidence proving it. HELP US REVIEW EPISODE 25 Did you read the letters as Azael, Azazel, or something else?
