Inside this investigation
A viewer's interpretation of a ghost-box fragment gives this episode its central question: does the audio contain words resembling “Oh God, please help”? Other sections include ghost-box passages, a possible EVP and camera observations. I want you to compare those recordings without assuming that every unusual sound has the same source. The chapter links locate the supplied moments, while the full description records the interpretations. Listen before reading the suggested phrase again, then consider how clearly the words survive that comparison.
For your own review, listen once without trying to hear a particular word. Then compare the suggested interpretation with the surrounding audio and the question being asked. A repeated playback can help locate a sound, but it can also make an ambiguous fragment feel more familiar. The original description below preserves the investigation notes rather than replacing them with a verdict. In this episode's discussion, give the exact time, describe what you hear and explain any ordinary source you think should be considered. You can also compare the neighboring recordings through the episode navigation.

DID THE GHOST BOX SAY “OH GOD, PLEASE HELP” INSIDE THE WELLES HOUSE? A viewer flagged a disturbing voice during our paranormal investigation. Listen for yourself and tell me what you hear. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi. In Episode 32 of A House Worse Than Amityville, we continue investigating the reportedly haunted Welles House at 46 South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania — also searched as 46 Welles Street. We use a ghost box, audio recorders and surveillance cameras to look for possible voices, EVPs and unusual activity inside the property. Our investigation features several moments worth examining: two ghost box segments, a possible EVP, and a viewer-reported phrase that sounds to some listeners like “Oh God, please help.” The question is whether any of these sounds came from an unexplained source or from radio fragments, interference, nearby voices or the equipment itself. One viewer singled out the audio around 57:52, interpreting a possible response as “Oh God, please help.” Try listening once without reading the suggested words, then again with headphones. Does the sound form that phrase, something different, or no distinct speech at all? Sometimes ambiguous sounds become more recognizable after someone suggests a particular sentence. MORE MOMENTS TO INVESTIGATE Compare the first ghost box highlight at 05:06 with the later one at 49:34. A viewer also flagged a possible EVP at 33:05. At 40:11 the team tries to communicate, while the security-camera segment near 1:10:20 deserves a closer look. These timestamps are taken from the earlier episode notes and viewer reports; I haven't independently confirmed the proposed words or anomalies. Ghost box devices may produce fragments of radio transmissions, and a sound that resembles an answer isn't automatically a message from a spirit or demon. THE WELLES HOUSE — 46 SOUTH WELLES STREET I spent approximately a month living in the Welles House while documenting the reports surrounding the property. Rather than relying on a few edited highlights, LiveSciFi recorded extended investigations so viewers could review the questions, audio, equipment and camera footage in context. The home's reported haunting includes claims of strange voices, shadows and physical experiences, but those claims remain open to investigation. HELP US REVIEW EPISODE 32 What do you hear at 57:52? Can you make out any independent words in the ghost box sessions? Did you notice a shadow, sound or camera anomaly that we missed? Leave the EXACT TIMESTAMP and tell us what you observed.
