In this recording, Dave, Bambi and I use a Ouija board and electronic equipment while investigating the Welles House. We discuss letters and possible names during the board session, examine objects found nearby, and ask questions during EVP and device experiments. The recording gives you the longer exchange around each response, including the pauses and uncertainty that short clips can leave out. I want viewers to compare our interpretations with what the equipment and recording actually establish.
At 1:47:03, we demonstrate how contact or a disturbance around the REM-Pod can trigger its lights and sound. That demonstration is useful context for the questions we ask afterward. A response occurring after a question does not identify its cause. During the board session, names and initials are interpretations made by the team; they are not independent historical findings. Use the chapter controls to revisit those discussions, listen to the surrounding audio and share the exact time of anything you notice. WHAT HAPPENED DURING OUR WELLES HOUSE OUIJA SESSION AND REM-POD EXPERIMENTS? In this original investigation, we ask questions during a board session, discuss the letters and names being called out, examine objects found nearby, and try different ways of interpreting equipment responses. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi. In Episode 43 of A House Worse Than Amityville, I investigate the reportedly haunted Welles House in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, with Dave and Bambi. 2:55:06 Discussing sleeping upstairs OUIJA QUESTIONS AND THE NAMES WE DISCUSS During the board session, we call out letters, numbers and possible names, including “Kyle.” Around 1:00:07, the conversation turns to initials interpreted as mine. These are the team's interpretations during an experiment, not independent confirmation of a spirit's identity or predictions about anyone's future. Follow the full exchange and distinguish what is spoken from what the board can actually show. WHAT DO THE EQUIPMENT RESPONSES MEAN? At 1:47:03, we demonstrate that touching the REM-Pod or disturbing its sensing field can trigger a response. We then ask for different patterns of lights and sounds. Later, we conduct EVP questions and continue questioning with a lighted device. An equipment alert does not establish who or what caused it; contact, interference and nearby movement must be considered. OBJECTS AND THE HOUSE'S STORIES Around 1:30:01, we examine objects and debris found nearby and discuss possible explanations. We also refer to stories associated with the property while asking questions upstairs. Those stories and proposed identities are investigative leads, not verified historical findings.
