Seems like the investigation info link hasnt seen much use. I was just thinking of a form that could easily be coded into the information page to make it easy for tim or whome ever is in charge of it, to keep it updated.

Since the locations are more or less confedintial, I was thinking you guys should use a case number system, instead of a site name location. So the form would look like this.

Case Number: # (The # sign would be hard coded into the case number fill in area.)

Case Status: (Open or Closed in a drop down box to indicate if the next investigation is a revisit, or if the case was already shown, and is now closed and the page is waiting for update. So there is no confustion as to if the investigation info is bout the next upcoming case, or the one that was aired earlier.)

Activity Reported: (The type of activity reported to have happened there by the owner.)

Evadence Known: (Any video, audio..etc. that the owner may or may not have shown the team prior to there investigation to give chatters a way of knowing what to look for other then just hearing it oraly.)

Location Type: (Hotel, motel, residential, commercial, again in a drop down box.)

Location Status: (A drop down list with, vacant, occupied, or other for outdoor locations where niether apply.)

Known/Estimated Date Of Location: (Exactly what it says, what year the place was built.)

Investigators Present: (List of who is on site.)

Related Archive: (If the place was investigated before, you could put in the case number for the archive of the prior investigation, or case name. For a place investigated before you could simply label it # A, B, C after the case number.)

Let me know what ya think, I just think it would provide alot more information this way, make it easier to keep up to date, and provide more clearity on whats going on, while still being 100% confedential.
