"BEHIND YOU!" — DISTURBING VOICES AND UNEXPLAINED EXPERIENCES INSIDE THE WELLES HOUSE. I'm Tim Wood, founder of LiveSciFi, and in Episode 14 of A House Worse Than Amityville, our paranormal investigation team answers viewers' questions following another unsettling night inside the reportedly haunted Welles House in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This episode is our Day 4 investigation Q&A, featuring Jonathan (JJ), Dave Spinks, Scott, and me discussing what happened during the previous night's live ghost hunt. One of the most disturbing accounts comes from Jonathan, who describes being alone in the basement and repeatedly hearing what sounded like "BEHIND YOU" through the ghost box. As he continued investigating, he felt increasingly uncomfortable, became nauseous, and had the overwhelming sensation that someone was standing directly behind him. But that wasn't the only unusual experience we discussed. During the previous investigation, Scott reported something touching his ankle. When the team played back a digital audio recording, they interpreted a voice as saying, "I touched your ankle." We also discuss the mysterious candle in the upstairs "Hell Room," strange basement experiences, possible spirit box responses, and the apparent movement of my shirt during an earlier investigation. After Scott reported feeling something touch his leg, the team reviewed an EVP recording that seemed to say "I touched your ankle." The timing caught our attention because the recording was made shortly after the reported contact. Does the audio contain a recognizable voice, or are we interpreting an ordinary sound as speech? 🎧 WHAT WAS SAYING "BEHIND YOU"? Jonathan describes repeatedly hearing what sounded like a warning during a basement ghost box session. He also discusses feeling physically ill and sensing something standing close behind him. Ghost boxes scan radio frequencies, and fragments of broadcasts can sound like meaningful responses. We haven't established that the messages came from a paranormal source. 👁️ THE MYSTERIOUS SHIRT-PULL INCIDENT During my portion of the Q&A, I discuss footage from the previous night's investigation showing what appeared to be my shirt moving unexpectedly. The incident can be reviewed in the earlier investigation at approximately 1:25:13. Was something pulling my shirt, or could my movements or the fabric explain what viewers noticed? 🏚️ INVESTIGATING THE HAUNTED WELLES HOUSE Located at 46 South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, the Welles House has been associated with reports of paranormal activity for decades. During our extended investigation, we've used infrared security cameras, digital audio recorders, EMF meters, spirit boxes, and other experimental methods to examine these claims. Some of our experiences have been frightening, but our goal is to document what happens and give viewers the opportunity to review the evidence.
