In Episode 48 of A House Worse Than Amityville, paranormal investigator John Zaffis of Haunted Collector joins Dave Spinks and me at the reportedly haunted Welles House in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We investigate the basement and upstairs rooms using EVP recorders, ghost boxes, EMF meters, a REM-Pod, and surveillance cameras.
