Inside this investigation

I use an older wooden board and interpret a sequence as “SWEET DREAMS BECKY,” then continue with questions and a glass-and-smoke experiment. The age or appearance of the board does not establish the source of its movements. I want this recording available so viewers can compare handling, letter order and visual impressions with the account I give while conducting the session.

When reviewing the board, follow the letter order and spoken questions as well as the eventual phrase. A name or message in the notes records the interpretation made during the investigation. It does not independently identify a communicator. Comparing the movement with the suggested wording is part of reviewing the experiment.

For camera reports, establish the view and surrounding light before deciding what an apparent shape or movement represents. A reflection, a bright speck and a moving object are different observations. I want screenshots tied to an exact point in the continuous recording, with an explanation of what the viewer actually noticed.
